Expansion of time

When you expand time in a video, you are making the duration of the video sequence longer than real-time. This is relatively rare — it's not often that you want your audience to see something more slowly than it actually happened. Slow motion is an example of expansion of time. It is used above at 0.04. This helps prolong the dramatic effect, holding the audiences attention for longer.
