Sound Motif

A sound effect or combination of sound effects that are associated with a particular character, setting, situation or idea through the film. It is used above beginning 0.14 and continuing throughout the conversation. While Moriarty speaks, we can hear a very subtle, dull sound - quite ominous. I think it was used here, because as a listener we would most often associate this type of sound with bad events or characters. This therefore emphasises the idea that Moriarty is Sherlock's enemy.
